Once Upon a Time is a family concert that celebrates the power of music to tell stories. Through a colourful programme of live performances, our student musicians will transport audiences to enchanted forests, magical kingdoms, heroic adventures, and fantastical worlds where every melody unfolds a new chapter.

Performed by students across the Music and Media Department, this special concert is an opportunity to experience their passion, creativity, and musicianship as they share some of the most captivating music inspired by stories, fairy tales, and imagination. Whether it's a sweeping orchestral favourite, a playful dance, or a memorable theme, each piece has been carefully chosen to spark curiosity and bring stories vividly to life.

Designed especially for families with children of all ages, the concert is relaxed, engaging, and interactive—making it the perfect introduction to the excitement of live music. Whether you're a regular concertgoer or discovering classical music for the very first time, there's something for everyone to enjoy. Come and celebrate the imagination, dedication, and talent of our student performers, and discover how music can inspire, entertain, and tell stories without saying a single word.

Babies, toddlers, and children of all ages are warmly welcome to enjoy this magical musical adventure!
