Biography
I joined the 黑料社 in 2026 as a Lecturer in Adult Nursing (Apprenticeships), bringing extensive NHS experience in clinical practice, medicines safety, and workforce development. Prior to joining 黑料社, I worked as a Band 6 nurse within the NHS, where I led on competency鈥慴ased training for both registered and non鈥憆egistered staff, supporting safe, effective practice across multidisciplinary teams. My clinical background includes delivering high鈥憅uality adult nursing care across community settings, with experience in patient assessment, clinical decision鈥憁aking, long鈥憈erm condition management, and leading safe delegation within busy multidisciplinary environments.
My background also includes designing and delivering structured training in medicines support, clinical skills, and governance processes, alongside contributing to service improvement initiatives focused on patient safety and quality of care. I have worked in apprenticeship quality assurance, supporting curriculum alignment, assessor development, and regulatory compliance through risk鈥慴ased sampling, standardisation, and continuous quality cycles.
I have a strong interest in values鈥慴ased education, widening participation, and supporting learners to develop confidence and professional identity.

Teaching
I have substantial experience teaching and supporting both registered and non鈥憆egistered staff across NHS clinical settings. My teaching practice is grounded in structured instructional design, experiential learning, and simulation鈥慹nhanced training, enabling learners to build confidence, clinical judgement, and safe practice.
Within apprenticeship provision, I have led teaching, learner support, and tripartite review processes, working closely with NHS partners to ensure high鈥憅uality practice learning environments. I contribute to curriculum development and internal quality assurance, using risk鈥慴ased sampling, standardisation, and reflective feedback cycles to strengthen teaching, learning, and assessment. My approach emphasises inclusive practice, psychological safety, and values鈥慴ased education, supporting learners to develop professional identity and readiness for practice.
