My research project
Expressivism, inferentialism and metanormative inquiry: law within the space of reasonsThe Project seeks to present contemporary positivist proposals that support the social fact thesis (SFT) via metanormative inquiry. The goal is to assess to what extent expressivism can pose an obstacle to SFT. My contention is that expressivism built on semantic inferentialism requires the abandonment of SFT (at least as a prioritary thesis for explaining legal normativity).
