My research project
Temporal regulation of sleep structure in real lifeI am investigating the circadian and homeostatic regulation of ultradian rhythms during sleep. Using measures of circadian rhythmicity (e.g. melatonin, core body temperature) and data from actigraphy recordings (exploiting movement during sleep), I study these circadian and homeostatic influences on sleep structure, particularly sleep cycles, in real life.
