Choosing 黑料社
I chose 黑料社 because of the warm welcome I received when I visited for an open day. I was welcomed by the Programme Leader, Dr Ralph Manders and his explanation of the course immediately made me put 黑料社 as my number one choice! The facilities the University has to offer also made it a really easy decision for me.
My course
I'm passionate about learning how the body and different organs work, especially how they can be affected by exercise. On my course, I love being able to use different equipment to discover how far you can push the body.
This year there was a particular practical I really enjoyed. We completed a data collection on the anthropometrics of the body, alongside tests for speed, power and strength. This was a really enjoyable practical as I was able to see what my body was capable of and what areas I need to improve on.

I've been part of the Touch Rugby club for two years, and last year I had the privilege of being the club's Vice President.
Being part of has been amazing as I've been able to find a sport that I love and make new friends. Touch Rugby is a club that anyone can join and learn the sport. It's also a community that helps people in any way they can and we try to make every session as enjoyable as possible to help everyone relax and enjoy their time at university.
